Mission: To deliver services to the elderly of vermillion parish. We are the designated agency (in affiliation with regional & state agencies) for meal services,senior center, homemaker, transportation and similar services to the aging. Programs: All programs are designed to deliver services to the elderly of vermilion parish. We are the designated agency centers, homemaker and transportation services to the elderly. Allcosts are either direct or indirect.

Mission: To provide recreation, education, rehabilitation and support services for all senior citizens and handicapped 50 and over to enable them to live independent, healthy and well-rounded lives. Programs: Meals on wheels - homebound seniors receive regular and diet-specific meals delivered to their home five days a week by volunteers. recreation and education for the elderly - center recreation and educational program opportunities include social games, informational talks, social parties, exercise, crafts, etc.

Mission: To provide meals for seniors. Programs: Served 3573 meals in the center. Delivered 686 meals to home-bound seniors in the community and outlying areas.

Mission: Provide housing for very low-income and extremely low-income adults with disabilities. Programs: Provided 8 units of housing for very low-income and extremely low-income adults with disabilities.

Mission: Provide quality housing for retired persons and quality health care for residents of the community through april 2008. Programs: On april 10, 2008 the organization sold a majority of its assets. Proceeds of the sale were used to pay debts. The organization has since been in the process of collecting receivables and finalizing accounts. Then, on august 26, 2011, the organization was dissolved and its remaining assets distributed to its tax exempt parent, hendrick medical development corporation.
