Mission: We build the capacity and improve the performance of the talent ecosystem by partnering with companies to identify the skills they need and supporting them to work with educators, workforce programs, the public sector, economic and community organizations to generate positive outcomes. Programs: Operate the job center as part of a comprehensive and seamless workforce development system that empowers the areas employers and workers through education, training, and employment services.
Mission: IJN-1 Foundation was founded by Executive Director Deborah Price, in 1991. Being inspired to make a significant difference in the inner cities, IJN-1 Foundation's mission, vision and purpose is to educate, enhance and enrich the lives of everyone it serves, by providing opportunities and choices, while simultaneously meeting the needs of underserved and underprivileged individuals. Our goal is to dismantle all barriers that prevent people from working together effectively and cooperatively, and to inspire changes, necessary for the growth and success which involves the empowerment of the individuals we deliver our services to.
