Mission: Mission is the heart and soul that fuels our purpose. Envision partners with families and community agencies to support a full and meaningful life for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to support a full and vibrant future for people with disabilities. Programs: Community living- group homes and apartments with staff support tailored to each person's needs. 60 clients served community integrated training and education (cite)- consultation and individualized training in the home or school that helps families and children learn new skills and develop new behaviors. 275 clients served family living- foster families are screened, trained, supported, and ready to welcome a person with a disability or developmental delay into their own homes. 55 clients served all other programs supporting the individuals in the developmental disability community and mental health community.

Mission: TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL EVALUATION, TRAINING, ADJUSTMENT, AND WORK ACTIVITY SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES SO THAT THEY MAY SECURE AN OPTIMAL EARNED INCOME AND ENHANCE THEIR INDEPENDENCE IN THE COMMUNITY.

Mission: The organization is the 501(c)(3) portion of the local chapter of lions club international. The members of madison central lions club do various fund raisers throughout the year and donate all the proceeds to sight conservation and other vision and eye related charitable causes. There are no professional fund raisers. All proceeds are raised by volunteers. Programs: The organization donates all money raised to groups such as the international and wisconsin lions clubs. We also provide vision screening for grade school children. We also provide free eye exams and glasses to low income children and adults.

Geographic areas served: Ohio Programs: From residential support and vocational habilitation to autism services and psychiatry, we proudly offer person-centered care that celebrates each individual and encourages them to become active participants in the communities where they live, work, and play. The organization serves roughly 13,000 youth, adults, and families throughout Ohio.
